John has partnered with Eastwood Guitars to bring these fantastic designs to life. Our customers have been telling us for years that his designs and our business model is a match made in heaven. We agree!

John considers this his flagship model, the Backlund 400 advances the state of guitar making in an amazingly responsive instrument and is incredibly well balanced. An incredible achievement in modern guitar design with ultra retro looks.

The 400 was discontinued from production a number of years ago, but we’ve decided to do some small-batch productions in the most sought-after finish options. If you missed out the first time, don’t sleep on it now!
